How do I open PDF files on my Android phone that were downloaded from my Google Drive? It says there is no app to open that file type. The file link is "googleapis.com" and I'm using a Samsung Galaxy.

Type on PDF: All You Need to Know
It doesn't solve my problem. Google Drive is just a distraction. You need to install the Adobe Reader 11.5 or the new Adobe Reader 10.1. You can download either one from Adobe or directly from the Apple App Store. I got the former and have no problem with it. You'll be able to switch seamlessly from Reader 12.x to 12.1. My problem is, if Adobe changes the layout of the PDF viewer, when I open the PDF via iBooks, it won't open properly. The PDFs just fall over because of all the empty space left in the screen. When iBooks open it's a clean PDF with the proper layout. So there's my problem. Is there some other solution for this problem? In the meantime, if I click the open PDF via desktop application on my Mac with the latest update (11.6.7), it opens it as it should on a Mac. You can try.
