Is there any quick way to turn a writing into a PDF (typed) or does it need to be typed manually?

Is this a question about machine-reading handwriting? If so, there’s an app called Pen to Print to do this. You scan your hand-written document, and import the scan into the app. It outputs a word-processor file, which you can then save as a PDF if you like. I don’t know how accurate it is. I read a review, dated September 2019, that reported poor results, but that was almost two years ago, and I expect it’s improved since then. Of course, the fact that it goes through a word-processor-document stage means that you can correct the mistakes before you turn it into a PDF.
